Picked this up for a weekend brunch in the sun. It pours a gorgeous pale pink and smells wonderfully of fresh strawberries, cream, and a lovely touch of Turkish delight. The palate is crisp with lively bubbles, and it's not overly sweet or syrupy like cheap sodas; it's got a nice, refreshing zing. Knocked off a star because it felt a bit one-dimensional on the finish—the nice strawberry flavour and the bubbles tend to fade quite quickly in the glass after a while. A lovely pale pink with nice strawberry and melon notes. It's definitely not sweet, but it's also not bone dry—it has a really soft, rounded finish. The quality is completely fine, but the bubbles felt quite gentle and the overall profile was a bit too flat and simple for my personal taste. I just prefer something with a bit more lively acidity and punch.
Popped this at a birthday brunch. Lovely light pink colour, lots of strawberries and a hint of rose petals on the nose. Bubbles are nice and fine. It's on the sweeter side but not overly sweet, perfect for a sunny afternoon with friends. Goes down dangerously easy!
