A lighter, fresher style of sticky

This is a much more elegant and zesty style of noble rot compared to the usual heavy syrups. You get lovely notes of apricot, candied lemon peel, and honey, but the crisp, racy acidity really keeps it vibrant and prevents it from being cloying. It’s dangerously easy to sip slowly on its own, but it also pairs beautifully with a fresh lemon tart or apple crumble. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it lacks that deep, waxy, layered complexity and long, lingering finish of the really premium,

Honeyed and rich, but a bit too heavy for me

Lovely deep notes of apricot, honey, and candied orange peel. It’s definitely sweet and decadent, with a nice enough acidic backbone, but it felt a bit thick and cloying on the finish for my personal taste. I was hoping for a slightly brighter, zesty punch of acidity to really lift the sweetness and balance it out. Still, it’s a very good dessert wine that goes beautifully with blue cheese, just not one I'd reach for every day.

    Wonderful Australian botrytis dessert wine

Excellent Australian noble‑rot sweet wine. Rich apricot, honey, dried peach and orange blossom aromas. Vibrant natural acidity balances the sweetness perfectly, so it never feels cloying. Lovely viscous mouthfeel. Perfect paired with blue cheese, fruit tarts or enjoyed on its own as a dessert drink. Best served well chilled.

    Liquid gold

Explosive honey, apricot and candied orange peel. Incredibly rich yet perfectly balanced by a zesty acidity. The finish goes on forever. Absolute perfection.

    Lovely dessert wine

Rich honey and apricot notes with nice balancing acidity. Very sweet and decadent, though slightly one-dimensional and cloying on the finish for me.
