Bright lemon, green apple, and lovely flinty minerality, with only a subtle touch of French oak. It’s crisp, precise, and really elegant. Paired beautifully with a creamy pasta and grilled chicken. Knocked off a star because it’s a bit too lean and tight on the mid-palate right now; it definitely needs another year in the bottle to soften up. Still, a very classy drop for the price.
Really refreshing white wine. Bright citrus and stone fruit notes, nice subtle oak touch, not buttery‑heavy. Chilled it down and it went brilliantly with seafood. Light enough for hot summer afternoons. Super approachable for people who don’t drink white very often.
