Maison Blue Cognac

CLASSICS – A traditional range of cognacs reinvented by Maison Blue. Each batch of cognac we produce is unique, with individually numbered bottles, setting it apart from traditional cognac. Maison Blue offers a different experience, as a variation on our original repertoire.

Vintage: A blend of cognacs from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, grown on our estate, aged for over 40 years.

Colour: Antique amber.

Nose: Notes of candied fruit, especially prunes, along with flowers such as iris and spices, combine to create a rich and complex nose.

Palate: The rich and elegant aromas of candied fruit, spices, and oak carry through the palate, while notes of prune and leather recall the decades of maturation of this eau-de-vie.
